11:00am-11:30am Catch up class (Class open for all levels for all levels if missed class during the week)

Sunday
11:00am-11:45am Nutrition& Progress workshop –
Led by Andrew in which we will review any weekly dietary questions and focus more on nutrition for weight loss. In this time, you can also track and monitor bodyfat levels and weight if required which will then be placed in your records.

Will I see results from the Ladies Bootcamp?

The Ladies Bootcamp has shown great results and transformation time and time again through a friendly exercise environment incorporating correct nutrition and a positive atmosphere.

Due to the personal basis of these Bootcamps we are limiting each Bootcamp to 20 participants per block.

The Ladies Bootcamp caters for all levels of fitness with the majority of Ladies having little to no exercise experience.
