Mark has been very consistent with his meals and has managed to fit it in his hectic lifestyle working long hours as an acting coach. The meal prep and consumption of the meals have now become a staple in his day to say life. By following his diet religiously he had managed to continue to lose weight. There have been a couple of fluctuations day to day as far as the weight loss goes although there could be a few factors to go with this I.e water and such. We are now one stone down with a remaining 4 to go before reaching the target.
