One thing I’ve never struggled too much with is exercise. Since the age of 13 when I began to take exercise seriously in my life it has been a staple ever since.
Imagine, the FDA approve a pill that –
- Boosts your immune system
- Lowers your chances of catching ALL diseases drastically
- Allows you to live longer
- Allows you to have better brain function (puts you in best position to be smart)
- Gets you more attractive to the opposite sex
- Allows you to do things easier/longer by being physically fitter and stronger
- And gives you way more confidence
THAT right there – Is exercise.
Only difference is – You don’t take a pill, you participate in activity.
I think wherever you look, wherever you research no matter how many hundreds of years back – exercise has always been something that has been structured into our lives and that we know we should do.
If you really struggle to find energy and motivation – Go do a 30 minute workout, I guarantee you that you’ll feel better after it. Guarantee it.
Exercise has now became so much a part of my day to day life that it’s something I NEED to do daily. It allows me to get rid of the foggy/cloudy brain I have in the morning. It reduces any potential anxiety and stress I may come across throughout the day from a working perspective. It allows me to handle conversations better, make more rational decisions and base my responses less off of emotion and more off of being reasonable and logical.
All round – It makes me a far better person. Completely.
If I was to bump into a version of myself that at 13 years old didn’t take the route of beginning exercise and just carried on in day to day life. I would literally be willing to sit down with that person for a full day to talk them into starting exercising citing all the benefits above.
So if you’re reading this just now – And you’re someone who’s never exercises before or been ‘Into it’.
DM me – And I’ll happily spend that day. Because that day spent – Will change your life forever.
