This is a message that needs to be heard by many people in day to day life.

Grow or die can relate to many different things.

Maybe you’re looking for a promotion at your job but you’re too scared to make the shift and progress with it. You’re too worried that you’re not skilled enough or can’t handle the pressure and stress but you really want to go for it.

Grow or die.

Maybe it’s a fitness event – a half marathon, a 10km or a tough mudder race that you want to try out but feel as though you’re not dedicated enough or worry that there will be people there better than you.

Grow or die.

There’s a million and one things in our daily lives that we’re scared to do or worried to do and we never quite pull the trigger.

Grow or die is a mindset that I’ve had since day 1.

You’ll hear me discuss – ‘PROGRESSION’ and Progress as my two favourite key words a hell of a lot. Without it and without that mindset I wouldn’t be who I am today.

And I can guaranteed with adopting more of a ‘Grow or die’ mindset then you will also be the same.

Being in our comfort zones is something that we all enjoy to have. We enjoy the certainty and the feeling of being safe. But if 2020 and onwards has taught you one thing – It’s that certainty isn’t certain.

You need to be willing to go out there and be uncomfrtable for a while in order to grow.

Nothing great ever happened within your comfort zone and you’re damn sure that you don’t want to be the person you are today in 10 years from now.

If you stumble, trip up and make some mistakes along the way – Trust me.. That’s fine. That’s all part of growing.

If you were never to grow you’d still be crawling arounf the floor unable to walk as a child as you never took the risk to try and stand on your own two feet.

Maybe today is the day that you really need to hear this message from me.

Grow or die, because nobody ever lay on their death bed regretting the chances that you DID take.
